Terms of service
Last updated: October 2, 2026
About these terms
These terms cover wowrelay.com and any Relay access we make available to you. Relay is operated by Zemias LLC, Cheyenne, WY 82001-3527, United States. Contact us at support@wowrelay.com. Our Privacy policy explains how we handle information.
Website and early access
The public website describes Relay and its upcoming paid plans. It does not currently accept subscription payments or provide automatic account creation. An early-access email is a request to discuss access; it does not guarantee an invitation, purchase a plan or start recurring billing.
Existing account holders can continue signing in through Login. Relay is software for working with your own assistant or teammates; it does not provide assistant staffing or hiring services.
Accounts and responsibilities
You must be authorized to use your account and the content you provide. Protect your credentials, keep your account information accurate and respect other users’ permissions. You are responsible for the people you authorize to access your work and for complying with applicable laws when using Relay.
Do not use Relay for unlawful activity, spam, harassment, unauthorized access, interference with the service or attempts to bypass access or usage restrictions. We may restrict access where necessary to protect users, investigate misuse or comply with law.
Your content and AI features
You retain your rights in the content you provide. You permit us and the necessary service providers to process, store and display that content to deliver Relay, including the features you use and recovery backups. Other authorized participants may be able to view or act on shared content.
AI-generated tasks, summaries, transcripts and other output can contain errors. Review important information and proposed changes before relying on them. You remain responsible for decisions and communications made using the service.
Phone features and messaging
Calls and SMS depend on number availability, provider setup, permissions and the receiving network. Before 10DLC registration, texting is limited to compatible VoIP numbers. Texting US mobile numbers requires approved 10DLC registration. Registration is subject to external review and does not guarantee delivery. Obtain any legally required consent for messaging, recording and transcription.
Phone allowances and additional registration charges will be disclosed with the applicable plan. Do not treat Relay as a guaranteed emergency communications service.
Upcoming plans and payments
Paid subscriptions are not open through this website yet. Published upcoming plan information may change before subscriptions open. We will disclose the applicable price, allowances, taxes, renewal, cancellation and refund terms before you enter a paid subscription. No charge or recurring subscription begins merely because you browse this website or contact us.
Availability and limitations
We work to maintain Relay, but availability and results depend in part on third-party services, networks and devices. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, delivery of every communication, or error-free AI output. Early-access features may change as the product develops.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and early-access service are provided as available, without additional promises beyond those we expressly make. These terms do not exclude rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and questions
We may update these terms as Relay develops and will revise the date on this page. Contact support@wowrelay.com with questions about access, your account or these terms.
