Before 10DLC registration, texting is limited to compatible VoIP numbers. Texting US mobile numbers requires approved 10DLC registration, with the additional fees below. Availability depends on the receiving network. SMS allowances are counted in message segments; a long text may use more than one segment.
Registration fees are separate from the Relay plan. Our phone provider currently lists these base fees:

Campaign fees are collected for the first three months initially. Additional verification or vetting charges, taxes and applicable carrier messaging fees may apply. Eligibility and the actual use case determine the fees; approval is not guaranteed. We’ll confirm the applicable charges before registration.

Does Relay include an assistant?
Relay is the software you use with your own assistant. It does not include assistant staffing or hiring.
Is there a different app for individuals and businesses?
No. Everyone uses the same Relay app. It supports individuals working with assistants and small businesses working with teammates.
How do I get access?
Email us using Request early access. We’ll discuss availability and your needs. This does not create an account or start a subscription.
Can I use my existing account?
Yes. Use Login to open your existing account.
