Who we are

Relay and wowrelay.com are operated by Zemias LLC, Cheyenne, WY 82001-3527, United States. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit our website, contact us, or use an available Relay account. For privacy questions or requests, email support@wowrelay.com.

Visiting the website and contacting us

Our public website does not include advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts. Our hosting service processes technical request information, such as IP addresses, requested pages, timestamps and browser information, to deliver the website, maintain security and diagnose problems.

Early-access and contact buttons open your email application. They do not submit a website form, create an account or take payment. If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. We use that information to respond to your request, discuss early access or provide support. Please avoid sending sensitive information by ordinary email.

Information in the Relay app

If you have an account, Relay processes account and profile information, conversations, tasks, schedules, files, submissions, time records and activity needed to provide the features you use. Phone features may process contacts, phone numbers, messages, call metadata and, when enabled, recordings, transcripts and summaries. Notification features may process device subscription information and delivery information.

Information you share in Relay is available to the people authorized to access the relevant conversation or work. Administrative and assistant roles have different permissions. Only share content you are authorized to provide.

AI and service providers

Relay uses service providers to host the service, authenticate accounts, store data and files, process AI features and support phone communications. The current service uses Oracle Cloud for hosting, Google Firebase for authentication and storage, OpenAI for AI processing, and communications providers for phone services and related processing. Recovery copies are maintained through off-server backup infrastructure and Google Drive.

Content needed for an AI feature may be sent to the provider processing that feature. Phone content may be processed for delivery, recording, transcription or summarization when those features are used. Providers may process information in the United States and other locations where they operate. Their handling of information is also subject to their applicable terms and privacy practices.

We do not sell personal information or share it with third parties for their advertising. Mobile numbers, SMS consent and opt-in information are not shared with third parties for their marketing. Necessary communications providers may process that information to deliver the service.

Cookies and browser storage

The public website does not add marketing cookies. The app uses authentication cookies and browser storage for sign-in, interface preferences, pending messages and installed-app functionality. Where you allow notifications, your browser may register a service worker and notification subscription. You can manage browser storage and notification permissions in your browser settings. Blocking required storage may prevent the app from working.

Retention, deletion and security

App information remains in the service until it is removed through the available app controls, account administration or an applicable retention process. Deletion from the active service does not immediately remove recovery copies; backups are retained and rotated separately. Provider records may also have their own retention periods.

We use access controls, authenticated server operations and recovery backups to protect the service. No system can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and choosing who can access your work.

To request access, correction or deletion of your information, contact support@wowrelay.com. We may need to verify your identity and authority over the relevant account or content. Applicable legal obligations and the rights of other users may affect what we can provide or remove.
